Defective merchandise

Options for apparel that does not fit correctly:

• Order a replacement item and keep the original item.
• See if the original item will fit someone on your team or in your office.
• Use for a future customer giveaway or a new teammate.
• Add a review about the fit of the item to help those who may be considering it.
