Selection of Items / Returns Info
We have a variety of brands within the store and sizing does vary by brand. A size chart is available on each item below the image. If you have questions about sizes that cannot be answered online, please call our customer service team at 888-839-7366.
If you have received apparel that was ordered from the company store that does not fit correctly and you'd like to exchange or return it, please email customerservice@icostore.com or call 888-839-7366.
The company store vendor (iCoStore) will guide you through the return process. You can exchange for a different size or order something different. The item you're returning must not have been worn and preferably be returned in its original packaging.

We will accept returns for defective merchandise. Please contact customer service at 888-839-7366 for a Return Authorization number.
Turnaround
Orders will be decorated and shipped within 8 business days.
Shipping Information
Please allow 1 to 5 business days for delivery after production time. Most orders ship from Tempe, AZ, however you may receive shipments from multiple locations within the same order.

Payment Information
If paying via credit card (Do NOT use your company issued Mastercard for company store orders). When paying with credit card, you will be billed by iCoStore, LLC.
Sales Tax Information
We charge and withhold sales tax in most states. Your company is exempt from sales tax in NE, IA, KS and WY. If you owe sales tax, it will be calculated in your cart. Each customer is solely responsible for all taxes.
